I’m Anjali Bhatt — a freelance on-location bridal makeup artist based in Dehradun, specializing in soft glam, natural elegance, and confidence-led bridal beauty.
But before makeup became my profession, it became my purpose.
I was born in a small mountain village called Bonga in Uttarkashi. Life there was simple — strong winds, quiet hills, limited resources, and a family that believed deeply in hard work.
I grew up watching my father work tirelessly to raise five children. He always said one thing that still guides me today:
“If you want to change your destiny, never leave the hand of hard work.”
That belief shaped everything I am.
My mother gave me something equally powerful — calm strength. From her, I learned patience during chaos, emotional balance during pressure, and how to stay grounded no matter the situation.
The calm energy many brides feel when they sit with me on their wedding morning — that comes from her.

A small beauty parlour was once started in my name as a family effort. What began as support slowly became direction.
As I worked more closely with brides, I realized something important:
"Makeup is not about changing a face.
It is about awakening confidence."
Over the years, I moved from informal beginnings to structured professional training and modern bridal techniques.
Today, my work includes :
I continuously upgrade my skills because bridal makeup evolves — trends change, photography improves, and expectations grow. Professional growth is not optional in this industry.
After marriage in 2023, with the support of my husband, I decided to build something more structured and intentional — not just freelance work, but a professional bridal brand.
That is howAnjali Makeoverwas born.
My focus shifted from simply doing makeup to delivering a complete bridal experience — calm timelines, hygienic setup, disciplined coordination, and a refined finish.
I believe :
Beauty does not live only on the face — it lives in confidence. My style reflects that belief.
I focus on:
I don’t believe in heavy transformation.
I believe in refined enhancement.
When you look in the mirror, you should still see yourself — just elevated.
As my journey grows, so does my vision.
I believe many talented women have the skill but lack structured opportunity. In the future, I aim to build a trusted network of freelance artists who share the same discipline, hygiene standards, and client-first mindset.
Growth, for me, is not only personal — it is collective.
Bridal makeup, to me, is emotional work.
It is about presence, confidence, and beginning a new chapter feeling completely yourself.
And I consider it a privilege every time a bride chooses to begin that day with me.
Radhe Radhe 🙏
