Anjali Makeover — Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bridal, event, hairstyling, draping, trial and related makeup services booked with Anjali Makeover. By paying the booking advance or confirming a booking, the client agrees to these Terms and our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
1. Services & Booking Confirmation
Anjali Makeover provides professional on-location services at the client’s home, hotel, venue or other agreed location.
A booking is confirmed only after the required advance has been received and confirmation has been issued by Anjali Makeover. Enquiries, quotations, calls, WhatsApp conversations or temporary holds do not reserve a date unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Booking details, including service, date, time, location, price and advance, will be based on the final written confirmation.
2. Pricing & Payments
Prices depend on the services selected, event requirements, location, travel and agreed add-ons. The booking advance is adjusted against the total confirmed amount.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is payable on or before the event day. Additional services requested later are subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If the client cancels a confirmed booking, the booking advance is normally non-refundable because the date and time have been reserved and other enquiries may have been declined.
One rescheduling request may be considered subject to availability and the conditions in our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. A reschedule is not guaranteed.
If Anjali Makeover is unable to provide a confirmed service due to circumstances within our reasonable control, and no mutually acceptable alternative is arranged, all amounts paid to Anjali Makeover for the unavailable service will be refunded.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
4. Travel & Location
Travel, accommodation, toll, parking or transportation charges may apply to outstation or destination bookings and will be communicated where reasonably possible before confirmation.
The client must provide a safe and suitable working area with adequate seating, lighting, a basic work surface and access to electricity.
5. Timing & Delays
The client must be ready at the agreed start time. Client-side delays may reduce the time available for detailing or affect completion.
Waiting beyond 30 minutes may attract an additional charge at a rate communicated before it is charged. If a substantial delay affects another confirmed booking, Anjali Makeover may need to modify or reduce the remaining service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by venue access, photographers, planners, family members, traffic disruption, weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Look Finalisation
The desired look should be discussed before the service begins. Reference images are inspiration only; an identical result cannot be guaranteed because outcomes vary with skin, facial features, hair, lighting and other factors.
Major changes after substantial completion may not be possible within the available schedule.
7. Allergies, Hygiene & Safety
Clients must disclose known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, infections or relevant ongoing treatments before service. Professional hygiene practices are followed, but individual reactions cannot always be predicted.
Anjali Makeover is not responsible for reactions arising from information not disclosed beforehand.
We may refuse or stop a service if the environment is unsafe, unhygienic, abusive, threatening or involves misconduct.
8. Photography & Promotional Use
We may use your photographs or videos for our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes. By booking our services, you consent to such use.
9. Force Majeure

10. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any concern should first be raised with Anjali Makeover so a fair resolution can be attempted. Nothing here restricts statutory consumer remedies.
