Anjali Makeover — Bridal & On-Location Makeup Services
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Anjali Makeover. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service Agreement
Anjali Makeover provides freelance, on-location makeup services for bridal, event, and related functions. Services are delivered at the client’s selected location (home, hotel, venue, or shoot site).
A confirmed booking indicates acceptance of these terms.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
- An advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
- Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Verbal or message-based holds are not considered confirmed bookings.
- Remaining balance must be paid on or before the event day (unless agreed otherwise).
Advance payments are non-refundable, as the date is blocked and other enquiries are declined.
3. On-Location Service Conditions
Services are provided exclusively on-location.
The client is responsible for arranging:
- A clean and stable seating area
- Adequate lighting (preferably natural light)
- A basic table surface for products
- Access to a nearby power outlet
Final results may be affected if proper lighting or working space is not available.
4. Travel & Outstation Bookings
For bookings outside the base city:
- Travel charges apply.
- Stay arrangements may be required for early morning functions.
- Travel bookings must be confirmed well in advance.
- Outstation bookings are confirmed only after advance payment.
Travel delays due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond reasonable control, though every effort will be made to arrive on time.
5. Timings & Delays
- The start time is pre-decided according to the ready-by schedule.
- The client must be ready at the agreed start time.
- Delays from the client’s side may reduce detailing time.
- Excessive waiting time beyond the planned buffer may be chargeable.
Anjali Makeover is not responsible for delays caused by client-side scheduling issues.
6. Look Finalization & Changes
- The bridal or event look is discussed before the service begins.
- Major changes after base completion may not be possible within the given timeline.
- Bridal trials are recommended for clients who prefer complete clarity in advance.
Creative decisions are made professionally in alignment with client discussion and suitability.
7. Hygiene & Safety
Hygiene is strictly maintained:
- Tools and brushes are sanitized.
- Disposable products are used where necessary.
- Professional, skin-safe products are used.
Clients must inform in advance about:
- Allergies
- Skin sensitivities
- Ongoing dermatological treatments
Anjali Makeover is not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Advance payments are non-refundable.
- One reschedule may be allowed subject to availability.
- Date change depends entirely on open slots.
- Last-minute cancellations are non-adjustable.
Wedding dates are high-demand slots and are reserved exclusively once booked.
9. Client Conduct
A respectful and safe working environment is expected at all times.
Anjali Makeover reserves the right to discontinue services if working conditions become unsafe or disrespectful in case of:
- Unsafe working conditions
- Harassment or misconduct
- Unreasonable interference during service
10. Photography & Portfolio Use
Photographs or videos of the completed makeup may be used for:
- Portfolio
- Website
- Social media
- Promotional purposes
If a client prefers privacy, this must be communicated in advance. Client comfort and privacy are always respected.
11. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality, long-lasting results, Anjali Makeover is not liable for:
- Makeup wear due to extreme weather
- Emotional or schedule-related wedding disruptions
- Third-party coordination delays (photographers, planners, etc.)
- Unforeseen technical failures beyond reasonable control
12. Force Majeure
Services may be affected by events beyond control including:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Government restrictions
- Medical emergencies
In such cases, rescheduling may be discussed based on availability.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By paying the booking advance, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
