Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Wedding dates are limited and reserved exclusively once booked. This policy ensures fairness and schedule protection for all clients.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
Once confirmed, the selected date is blocked and other enquiries for that date are declined.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Advance payment is non-refundable.
- In case of cancellation, the advance payment remains non-refundable.
- Wedding dates are high-demand slots and are reserved exclusively upon confirmation.
This policy applies to bridal, event, and travel bookings.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- One reschedule request may be considered subject to availability.
- New date must fall within a reasonable time frame.
- Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends entirely on open slots.
- If the requested new date is unavailable, the booking is treated as cancelled.
Advance payment will be adjusted only if the new date is available and confirmed.
4. Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellations made close to the event date may lead to:
- Forfeiture of advance payment
- No reschedule eligibility
Due to preparation, scheduling, and blocked calendar commitments.
5. Travel & Destination Bookings
For outstation bookings:
- Travel arrangements made in advance are non-refundable.
- Any accommodation or travel costs already incurred are not adjustable.
- Cancellation within short notice may require settlement of incurred travel expenses.
6. Cancellation by Anjali Makeover
In the rare event of:
- Medical emergency
- Unavoidable circumstances
- Force majeure (natural disaster, government restrictions, etc.)
Efforts will be made to:
- Inform the client immediately
- Assist with alternative arrangements if possible
- Refund advance payment if service cannot be delivered
Every effort is made to handle such situations responsibly and professionally.
7. How to Cancel or Reschedule
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated via WhatsApp or written message for documentation purposes.
Wedding bookings are time-sensitive commitments, and this policy helps protect both your reserved date and the quality of service promised.
